
Sevrina Giard works as a video artist and media designer. In addition to her own experimental video pieces and artistic realisations of video projections for theatre and dance productions, since 2002 she has been working as a motion designer for agencies in various fields, including communication in spatial environments as well as stage and event design. She passes on her many years of experience in this field as a lecturer in video and motion design at private training institutions and public universities.

Philosopher and exhibition organiser Theo Steiner has served as Professor of Design Theory in the Communication Design programme at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences since 2014. In both his teaching and his research, he focuses on current problems relating to visual cultures, material and consumer culture, and media theory. Before coming to Wiesbaden, he taught in various locations, including Berlin, Stuttgart and Vienna. Previously, in the 1990s, he served as curator at Kunsthalle Wien. For the steirischer herbst festival (Graz) and other institutions, he planned interdisciplinary symposia on current issues of contemporary culture. Theo Steiner has been practising street photography for many years as part of his studies on contemporary visual culture.
